About the event
Boundaries & Balance, is a curriculum-based,
psychoeducational group that provides a safe space virtual space for adults (18+). This space is to gather, find community, and learn strategies and tools to find your definition of "balance". In our life where we wear multiple hats, and show up for so many people; learning how to set healthy boundaries, and practice self-care is essential to our quality of life.
